I enjoy pin sharp accuracy, but also the haze and grain of sandy imagery. This artwork seems as if it might be an X-Ray of an industrial object, or perhaps the unmasking of unseen forces that are in play when an object is presented as static.
I am reminded of how two magnates feel as I push their similar poles together, or perhaps I am trying to pull two connecting magnates apart. I feel the sensation of thinking about opposites at the same moment. A sensation that is unusual, a little uncomfortable, yet fascinating...
